The A Heart Effort questions and answers game was developed to get participants talking about a specific subject concerning their work and the organization in which they function. We use sets of questions geared specifically to the subject. The refined game design stimulates participants to discuss themes from a number of angles, to look for differences, to avoid socially desirable answers and to provide concrete examples from daily practice.

A Heart Effort is extremely suitable as a quick scan or kick-off at the start of a change process.

Various standard question sets are available, including: customer value - lean thinking - lean-IT - integrity - new ways of working - information security - cloud - risk management - ethics in advisory work - dealing with social media - enterprise architecture etc.
